Employee diversity training, without the checkbox

Bias, belonging, allyship and inclusion, explained by people who work on it. Live and online, for everyone at once.

Diversity training has a reputation, and mostly it is deserved: a module people click through, a quiz at the end, nothing changed on Monday. This is the other kind. An expert, live, taking questions from your colleagues, including the uncomfortable ones.

The questions come in anonymously and get upvoted, so what gets answered is what people actually wanted to ask. In practice that is where these sessions earn their hour.

Pick a subject, pick a date. We produce it, moderate it and brand it as yours.

Who delivers it

The training sessions

Every session is 60 minutes, live and online, for as many colleagues as you want to invite. You pick the date; we produce, host and moderate it and send you the recording and the participant survey afterwards.

Questions

Will this work for people who are sceptical about it?

That is the group these sessions are built for. Nobody is asked to confess anything, the questions are anonymous, and the experts explain rather than instruct. Our clients open these sessions to everyone, not to volunteers.

Do we have to pick a particular speaker?

That is your call. Every expert below has run this for global companies and is rated by the people who attended; the scores are on this page, out of 5.

Can we run it for an awareness day?

Yes, and most clients do. A single session works on any date; for a day with several sessions we build a branded page your colleagues join from.

What does it cost?

From €2,250 per session, whatever the headcount.

Looking for a full day rather than one session? Black History Month runs on a branded page we build for you.
