My name is Rebecca, Head of Production and together with our production team I make sure that every leqture is taken care of in the best way possible. My biggest challenge is to make sure that we use the right technology available for our leqtures and keep growing a strong team. I get my inspiration from the collaboration with my colleagues, documentaries, various authors and my family.

My name is Micha, I'm the founder of Leqture and mostly working on the strategy and growth of our company. My main challenge is to ensure that we continuously get better at what we do, whilst the company is growing at a fast pace. I get my inspiration from podcasts, documentaries, TedTalks and conversations with my wife and kids.

My name is Annick, Production Manager. Together with the production team I make sure that all sessions are prepared down to the last detail. Before the session starts, I'll brief the moderators and I'm always present during the sessions if support is needed. My biggest challenge is to make sure that all leqtures are perfectly prepared together with the account team, the speakers and the moderators. What really inspires me is experiencing new things, such as traveling to new places and seeing different types of performing arts.

My name is Kathelijn and I take care of the operations of our company and the execution of our strategy (COO). My biggest challenge is to set up our organisation in such a way we can grow fast in a sustainable manner. I get inspiration from reading, podcasts, sports, nature and the interaction with my wonderful daughters.

My name is Elyse, Producer. Together with the team I make sure every session runs smoothly from start to finish. Before we go live, I brief all the speakers and ensure everything is technically and creatively in place, no loose ends, no surprises. I'm present during sessions so that presenters can focus entirely on their content, knowing support is right there if they need it. My biggest challenge is bringing all the moving parts together: aligning clients, speakers, and the wider production so that every leqture is polished and ready to go. What inspires me most is the moment someone steps in front of an audience (online or on stage) and everything clicks. After 15 years directing and coaching performers, that never gets old.

My name is Becky and I am a Producer here at Leqture supporting all elements of the production process along with the rest of my wonderful team. My biggest challenge but also my biggest privilege is taking the weight off of speakers, moderators and clients alike so we can continue delivering sessions that truly resonate. I find inspiration in theatre, live art and exploring new places.

My name is Ties, and I am a host and moderator at Leqture. My job is to orchestrate every lecture or workshop I host and make sure every session runs smoothly. This includes collaborating with speakers and clients to create a framework for their session, directing the session to make it look as clean as possible, and moderating conversations between the speaker and attendees. I'm an actor by trade, which means I receive inspiration most often from theatre, film, music, books, and what I learn from meaningful conversations.
