Live, online, for your whole organisation

A webinar series for employees

A recurring hour in the calendar that people start to expect, with a different expert each time.

We do not send you a speaker.

We curate the expert, brief them on your organisation, produce the session in our own studio, host and moderate it, run the live and anonymous questions, survey the participants and hand you the report and the recording. All of it white label: your logo, your colours, your leader on camera, your name on the page. You pick the subject and send the invitation.

The strength of a series over a one-off is habit. A session that happens on the first Tuesday of the month becomes something people plan around; a session that happens once becomes something they missed.

We run the whole series. You pick the theme and the rhythm, we propose the experts, produce every session, and hand you the recordings and the ratings so you can see which subjects your own people actually want more of.

Shapes that work

Three ways to run it

Monthly

Twelve a year. The strongest habit and the best attendance curve.

Every six weeks

Eight a year. Easier to fill with genuinely good sessions.

Quarterly

Four a year, which is the smallest package and the easiest first step.

97 sessions that fit, twelve of them here

Every session is 60 minutes, live and online, for as many colleagues as you want to invite. You pick the date; we produce, host and moderate it and send you the recording and the participant survey afterwards. Ratings come from the participants themselves.

Two ways to run it

A single session, or your own event under your own brand

Same experts, same production, two different products. The first is an hour inside your own environment; the second is an event with your name on it and nobody else’s. Most organisations start with the first and move to the second once they have seen it work.

Product one

One session, in your own Teams, Zoom or Meet

Your date, your topic, your own environment. The expert joins as a guest speaker and we bring the curation, the briefing, the production, the host and the moderation with us. Nothing to install, nothing to integrate, no access to your systems.

  • 60 minutes: 45 with the expert, 15 of live questions
  • Unlimited participants, no per-seat price
  • Runs inside your own environment, or on a session page we build
  • Recording, participant survey and report afterwards
  • Live subtitles available in 8, 16 or 24 languages

From €2,250 per session in a package of ten. A single session is €2,850.

Product two

Your own event, on your own date, under your own brand

Several sessions across a day or a week, on a landing page with your logo, your colours and a welcome from your own CEO or CHRO. Your event and nobody else’s: your date, your programme, your audience. We curate the line-up, brief every expert, produce and moderate the whole day and hand you the recordings and the report.

  • Two to sixteen expert sessions, spread across your day
  • Your own branded page, with a video intro from your leadership
  • Unlimited participants across EMEA, APAC and the Americas
  • Recordings stay available on the same page afterwards
  • A library alongside it: podcasts, articles, infographics

From €5,000. What it costs depends on the number of sessions, the languages and the date, so this one starts with a conversation.

Book a demo to discuss →

There is a third route that is cheaper than either: join one of the days we schedule ourselves. Several organisations take part in the same broadcast and each one has its own branded page, so your people never see another company’s. Because the day is shared, a full day starts at €2,000. See the days we run and the calendar.

What you are actually buying

You pick the subject. We do the rest.

The session is the visible part. Most of the work is what makes an hour with an outside expert feel like it was made for your organisation, and that part is ours.

The expert

We curate. Not a list to choose from, but a proposal: we produce every session ourselves, so we know which expert lands with which audience. Every one of them auditioned before we put them in front of a client.

The briefing

A call with the expert before the session, so it is about your organisation and not a generic hour. You tell us who is in the room and what went wrong last time.

The production

Sound, light, camera and a second screen for the slides. Our own studio, so nobody is presenting from a kitchen table with a laptop microphone.

The host

A professional host opens, keeps time, runs the Q&A and closes. Your people do not have to moderate their own session, and the expert does not have to watch the clock.

The questions

Live chat, polls and an anonymous channel. On the difficult subjects the anonymous questions are where the real conversation happens, and the host reads them out.

White label, throughout

Your logo, your colours, your welcome, your leader on camera. The invitation, the page, the session and the recording carry your brand and not ours. Your people do not need to know who produced it.

Afterwards

The recording is yours to keep, plus attendance, the ratings for the session and the speaker, and the survey answers, including which subjects your people asked for next.

How it works

Four steps, and it runs

  1. 1

    You pick the subject

Or tell us the problem and we propose the subject. A date and a rough time is enough to start.

  2. 2

    We propose the expert

Usually two or three, with their ratings and what each one would do with your brief.

  3. 3

    We produce it

You send an invitation. We do the briefing, the production, the host and the moderation.

  4. 4

    You get the report

Within an hour of the end: the recording, the numbers, the ratings and the survey answers.

A single session can be live within 48 hours, a whole event from about two weeks. What sets the date is the diary of the experts: the best-known ones fill up first.

Branded as yours

See your own branded page, in five seconds

Leave your work address and we build the page your colleagues would see, with your logo, your colours and your name on it. No call, no attachment: it is on your screen before you have put your phone down.

No waiting, no attachment, no sales call: the page is on your screen before you have put your phone down. We take the company from your email domain and read that public website for your name, logo and colours.

Questions

How do we keep attendance up after the first two?

Two things: the subjects come from your own participant survey rather than from a plan made in January, and every session is recorded so missing one does not mean falling behind.

Can different sessions target different audiences?

Yes. A series often alternates: one for everybody, one for managers.

How we work

Do you send us a speaker, or do you produce the session?

We produce it. Booking an expert is the smallest part of what you are buying: we curate the line-up, brief every expert on your organisation, produce the session in our own studio, provide the host and the moderation, run the live chat and the anonymous questions, survey the participants and send you the report and the recording. You pick the subject and send the invitation.

Where does the session run?

Either inside your own Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet, with the expert joining as a guest speaker, or on a branded page we build for you. Nothing to install, nothing to integrate, and we never need access to your systems.

Will our IT department have a problem with this?

No. There is no software, no accounts and no integration, so there is nothing for IT to validate and no data of yours that we can reach. If it runs on our page, your colleagues open a link on any device, without a company login. Hundreds of companies, including some of the largest technology and financial firms in the world, were able to start within a day for exactly that reason.

How many people can join?

There is no cap and no per-seat price. Twelve people or twelve thousand costs the same, which is why most clients open the invitation to everybody rather than selecting a group.

How does this work under GDPR?

We never receive or hold personal data about your employees. When the session runs in your own environment, attendance and identity stay with you; what we report back is aggregated. That is also why IT approval usually takes minutes rather than weeks.

Can our global colleagues follow it?

The session is delivered in English. High-accuracy live subtitles can be added in 8, 16 or 24 languages, and a branded page can be delivered in four. Sessions can also run twice on the same day so nobody has to join in the middle of their night.

Can we brief the expert on our own situation?

Yes, and that is how most sessions start. You tell us who is in the room, what the sensitivities are and what went wrong last time, and we make sure the expert knows it before they go on. Want to speak to the expert yourself, then a half-hour pre-call can be arranged for a small fee. What we do not do is rewrite an expert's material into someone else's model.

Do you also do in-person sessions?

Yes, for roughly one session in ten. Live and online is our standard format and the price and the production are built around it, so on location is tailored work that we quote per event. Our experts do travel for it: London, Berlin, Cape Town, Hong Kong, California. It does not run from the catalogue, so get in touch and we will put it together. Two catalogue sessions are on-site only and are marked as such.

Buying it

What do we get afterwards?

The recording, which is yours to keep and to share internally. Plus attendance over time, the participant rating for the session and for the speaker, the survey answers, and the subjects your people asked for next. It arrives within an hour of the end.

Is the recording included, or extra?

Included. So is the participant survey and the report. There is no separate fee for either.

How quickly can something be live?

A single session within 48 hours, a whole event from about two weeks. We produce it ourselves and there is nothing to install at your end, so the production is never what holds it up. What sets the date is the diary of the experts, and the best-known ones fill up first, so asking early buys you choice rather than speed.

Can we pay by invoice?

Yes. A single session can also be paid by card if you want to move quickly. Packages are invoiced and are valid for twelve months from the first session.

What if the session is not good?

Every expert here has been through an audition before we take them on, and after that the numbers keep deciding: participants rate every session and every speaker, and those scores are on each session and speaker page, unedited, including the ones that are not flattering. We have the results of thousands of sessions for hundreds of clients and you are welcome to see them, and we will send you short clips so you can judge an expert yourself before you decide. One thing worth knowing: we earn the same on every session and every expert, so nobody on our team has a reason to steer you towards one rather than another.

Can we mix our own speakers into a programme?

Yes, and most clients do. Your own leadership takes the opening and the closing, we take the expert sessions in between, and the branded page carries both. We moderate the internal sessions too if you want that.
