Do employees need to create an account or log in?

No. The platform is 100% login-free and anonymous. Employees simply visit your branded landing page and join live. In 99% of organisations this means zero IT setup or security review.

What is included in each package?

Every package includes: a fully branded landing page, four days of curated live expert sessions, professional moderation and production, live subtitles in at least 16 languages, real-time polls and Q&A, and a post-event report with participation data and a survey report detailing feedback from your colleagues.

What does the branded landing page look like?

Your logo, your colours, your message - fully white-label. You can include a CEO video message, your internal wellbeing survey, your EAP link, or any other asset. The page is live within 48 hours of sign-off and available in up to 4 languages.

How does it work for global and remote teams?

Sessions run across multiple time zones simultaneously, so an employee in Manila and one in Sao Paulo both get a session at a normal hour. Our awareness days reach tens of thousands of participants across 18 time zones. All sessions are subtitled live in at least 16 languages.

Is there a minimum company size?

No minimum. The platform scales from small teams to companies with tens of thousands of employees. Pricing is per event, not per head, so every employee can join at no extra cost.

Are sessions recorded?

Replay access can be added to your package, allowing employees who couldn't join live to watch sessions afterwards. Ask us about the replay add-on.

What happens after AI Masterclass Week?

Your branded landing page stays live as long as you need it. If you added replay access, employees can rewatch for up to 3 or 6 months. You receive a full analytics report after the event. Many clients use the momentum to book additional awareness days throughout the year.

Do we need IT approval or integration?

No. The platform works without any employee logins and requires zero integration with your company IT infrastructure. In 99% of organisations, there is no IT or security review needed.

Is this GDPR-compliant?

Yes. The platform is GDPR-compliant and privacy-first. No personal employee data is collected or processed without consent. Colleagues in every country you operate in can join with confidence.

What if we already have something planned for AI Masterclass Week?

What is your cancellation policy?

Everyone. Pricing is one flat fee per event based on your company headcount (0-100, 100-500, 500-1,000 or 1,000+), so every employee in that band can join at no extra cost. From 1,000+ employees, participation is unlimited for your entire global workforce.

In which languages is the platform available?

Live subtitles are available in at least 16 languages. The branded landing page can be delivered in up to 4 languages as an add-on.

How long does setup take?
