Mental health and wellbeing speakers

Experts on burnout, resilience, sleep and psychological safety for a whole workforce at once.

Wellbeing sessions have a reputation to overcome. Too many of them are an hour of advice that everybody already knows, delivered to the people who need it least.

The experts below are psychiatrists, researchers, coaches and practitioners who work with organisations rather than with audiences in general. They talk about what actually happens at work: the workload that does not fit the week, the manager who means well, the colleague nobody knows how to ask about.

Every session is live, so people can put their own question to the expert, anonymously if they prefer. Everything stays available as a recording afterwards, which matters on this subject more than on any other.

The sessions they run

Every session is 60 minutes, live and online, for as many colleagues as you want to invite. You pick the date; we produce, host and moderate it and send you the recording and the participant survey afterwards.

Questions

Is a session enough? We have real problems.

No, and we will say so. A session raises the subject and gives people language for it. What it does not do is replace an EAP, a manager who is trained, or a workload that is manageable.

Do we see who attended?

You see the numbers, the ratings and the survey answers. Not who asked what. Attendance stays in your own environment, which is also why IT approval is usually quick.

Looking for a full day rather than one session? Mental Health Awareness Month runs on a branded page we build for you.
