Leadership speakers

Experts for managers and leadership teams, from first-time team leads to a global board.

A leadership session has to survive the most sceptical audience in the building. These are people who have sat through a lot of them, and who can tell within five minutes whether the speaker has ever led anything.

The experts below have. They work with executive teams, with middle management, and with the layer that got promoted last quarter and is finding out what the job actually is. Sessions are practical, live, and open to as many people as you want to invite.

Participants rate the content and the speaker after every session, and those ratings are next to each name here.

The sessions they run

Every session is 60 minutes, live and online, for as many colleagues as you want to invite. You pick the date; we produce, host and moderate it and send you the recording and the participant survey afterwards.

Questions

Can we run this for a small leadership team only?

Yes. The price is the same for eight people or eight thousand, so smaller groups are common and the session tends to be more conversational.

Can the session be tailored to our own leadership model?

Within reason. Send us your framework and the speaker will use your language for it. What we do not do is rewrite an expert's material into someone else's model.

Looking for a full day rather than one session? Leadership Days runs on a branded page we build for you.
