Stress management training your people will attend

Sleep, workload, recovery and burnout. One hour, live, and nobody has to put their hand up.

The people who most need a session on stress are the least likely to sign up for one. That is the whole design problem, and it is why these run as an open hour for everybody rather than a programme you are referred to.

Attending is anonymous in the ways that matter: no hands go up, questions carry no name, and nobody has to explain to their manager why they joined. The experts are physicians, psychologists and researchers, not motivational speakers.

Sixty minutes, live and online, with the recording afterwards for the people who could not face it live. Every rating on this page is from the participants themselves, out of 5.

Who delivers it

The training sessions

Every session is 60 minutes, live and online, for as many colleagues as you want to invite. You pick the date; we produce, host and moderate it and send you the recording and the participant survey afterwards.

Questions

Is this therapy?

No, and the experts are explicit about that in the hour. It is education: what stress does physiologically, what recovery actually requires, when something has moved beyond what a session can help with and who to call then.

Will it make people worse to talk about it?

The opposite, in our surveys, and the moderation matters here. Every session has a host who watches the chat, and the experts are used to the questions that arrive on this subject.

Can we run it during Mental Health Awareness week?

That is when half of them are booked, so plan early. A single session works; a short series through the year works better, because it says the subject is not an annual event.

What does it cost?

From €2,250 · £2,000 · $2,700 per session, all in, however many people join.

Looking for a full day rather than one session? Wellbeing Week runs on a branded page we build for you.
