Ask a room who negotiates for a living and three hands go up. Ask who had to get another department to change a deadline last month and the whole room moves.
That is where these sessions sit. Internal negotiation, influencing people who do not report to you, asking for the budget, saying no to the request that would sink your quarter. One of our experts negotiated for a living before he taught it; another works on the conflicts that never reach the table.
Sixty minutes, live and online, and the questions come in anonymously. On this subject that matters: the question people want answered is usually about one specific colleague.

Every session is 60 minutes, live and online, for as many colleagues as you want to invite. You pick the date; we produce, host and moderate it and send you the recording and the participant survey afterwards.

It works for them, but it is not built for them. The framing is internal: budget, deadlines, priorities, and the conversations where you have no authority and need the outcome anyway. Tell us if your audience is commercial and we brief the expert.
Depends on the session, and the session page says so. Some include a scripted exchange the expert walks through live; all of them end with real questions from the room, which is where most of the practical material comes out.
That is the most common pair we book. Two hours, usually a fortnight apart, and the second expert gets told what the first one covered so the room does not hear the same model twice.
