The Value of Conflict in Organizations

  • This session, led by expert speaker Nina Blussé, explores conflict in the workplace, its underlying mechanisms, and how teams and organizations can harness it for growth, collaboration, and innovation. Rather than viewing conflict as a threat, Nina presents it as a valuable tool for deeper understanding, problem-solving, and collective progress. Using a mix of personal anecdotes, psychological theories, and practical models, the session is highly engaging and interactive, encouraging participants to reflect on their own experiences with conflict.
