Unconscious bias training has a reputation problem, and some of it is deserved. A mandatory e-learning module that tells adults they are secretly prejudiced produces defensiveness, not change, and the research on that is not kind.
What works is different: someone who knows the evidence, who says out loud which parts of it are contested, and who spends the hour on where bias actually costs your organisation money. Hiring shortlists. Who gets the stretch project. Who gets interrupted.
The questions come in anonymously and are upvoted by the audience, which is exactly why this subject works live. The sceptical question gets asked, and answered, in front of everyone.

Say so when you book. The experts here are used to a room that arrives with folded arms, and the anonymous question queue means the objection gets put to them directly instead of muttered afterwards.
No. Bias is a property of how attention and memory work, not a character flaw, and every expert on this page treats it that way. The hour is about systems and decisions, not about who is a good person.
