Tanya has 26 years experience in large corporations. She lived in India for 7 years working with Accenture, Capita & TCS in continuous learning & development. Passionate about learning she is an ICF certified coach, trained in Laser Coaching, Erickson Coaching International, Narrative Coaching with Dr. David Drake. She has a Masters in Integral Psychotherapy, has trained in MBTI, DISC, FIRO B, Systemic Team Coaching & ORSC, Improv Theatre, Family Constellations and has offered transformational programs in Esalen, Big Sur, California.
