Tanya has been a corporate facilitator since 1999, a Coach since 2009 and loves to coach teams. She is passionate about helping clients lighten up, wake up, get playful and tap into their inner resources to get more support. Tanya has 26 years experience in large corporations. She lived in India for 7 years working with Accenture, Capita & TCS in continuous learning & development. Passionate about learning she is an ICF certified coach, trained in Laser Coaching, Erickson Coaching International, Narrative Coaching with Dr. David Drake. She has a Masters in Integral Psychotherapy, has trained in MBTI, DISC, FIRO B, Systemic Team Coaching & ORSC, Improv Theatre, Family Constellations and has offered transformational programs in Esalen, Big Sur, California.
