One leadership session is a good afternoon. It is not a programme. What changes behaviour is a subject that comes back, spread across the year, so managers can try something and be reminded of it before they forget.
This is a suggested track of six sessions, in an order that builds: first how you come across, then how you build trust, then the two conversations every manager avoids, and finally leading a team through change and across differences.
It is a suggestion, not a fixed product. Swap any session for another from the catalogue; the price does not change.
Before anything else: how a manager comes across, and the gap between intention and effect.

No, but this order works. Trust before feedback, feedback before the difficult conversation. If your managers are already past the first two, start at three and add something else at the end.
Yes. Several clients alternate: one of our experts, then an internal session where their own leadership team applies it.
Six to eight weeks is the rhythm most clients settle on. Close enough to feel like a programme, far enough apart to try something in between.
