Change management keynote speakers

For the reorganisation, the merger or the new system. An expert who explains what people are actually feeling, live.

Change programmes fail in the middle, not at the start. The announcement lands, the town hall happens, and then people spend six months working out what it means for them while nobody says anything useful.

These sessions are for that middle. An expert explains what happens to people during change, why resistance is not obstruction, and what helps. Live, for everyone affected at once, with anonymous questions so the real ones get asked.

Every expert below is rated by the participants themselves, out of 5, and those scores are unedited.

The sessions they run

Every session is 60 minutes, live and online, for as many colleagues as you want to invite. You pick the date; we produce, host and moderate it and send you the recording and the participant survey afterwards.

Questions

Our change is sensitive. Can the session handle that?

That is why the questions are anonymous and upvoted: people ask what they would never ask with their name on it, and the expert answers the ones most people wanted asked. We brief the speaker beforehand on what is and is not public.

When in the process should we run it?

After the announcement and before the deadline. Too early and people have no questions yet; too late and they have stopped asking.

Can we include people in other countries?

Yes. Live subtitles run in sixteen languages and a session can run twice on the day for other time zones.

What does it cost?

From €2,250 per session, whatever the headcount.

Looking for a full day rather than one session? Learning Week runs on a branded page we build for you.
