This one runs as a masterclass: Charlotte Edelsten takes your colleagues through the research and the thinking behind it, with live questions throughout.

Dr Charlotte Edelsten (PhD) is a Performance Sleep Specialist. Her research focuses on sleep in extreme and complex environments, and how sleep deprivation impacts both cognitive and physical performance. She has worked both clinically and as a researcher in the world of sleep for almost 20 years and much of her time is currently spent working with professional sports teams and athletes where she works to improve pragmatic, environmental and cognitive issues surrounding sleep, but she optimises sleep so clients and athletes can use it as the performance enhancing tool that it is. She makes the science of sleep accessible, understandable and engaging.
All sessions by Charlotte →How much attention do you pay to your sleep and recovery? Do you notice the impact it has on your mood, health and performance? Why is the topic of sleep so popular at the moment and how does sleep underpin all of our other biological functions.
In this expert session, Charlotte will explain the mechanisms that make us sleep and what happens when these systems are disrupted. She will show you how you can harness the science of sleep to improve your performance… whether that is in the workplace, at home or physically.

2. Myth or Fact Activity
3. Fatigue Self-Assessment
4. Decision-Making Scenario
5. Performance Upgrade Commitment
1. Explain What Sleep Is
2. Identify What Happens When Sleep Is Insufficient
3. Recognize the Workplace Cost of Fatigue
4. Apply Sleep Strategies for Performance
5. Reframe Sleep as a Performance Multiplier
“Sleep isn't lost time. It's where performance is built.”
Sleep is not recovery time from work, nor should it be “something we do when we have time”, it is a performance multiplier. High-performing individuals and organizations treat sleep as a strategic asset, not a lifestyle luxury.
In corporate environments, chronic sleep restriction is often normalized and even rewarded. However, neuroscience and performance science consistently show that insufficient or poor-quality sleep directly impairs cognition, mood, workplace performance and ultimately long term health.
This session reframes sleep from a passive activity to an active performance strategy, grounded in both neuro- and behavioural science. We will explore sleep as a biological necessity and a performance-enhancing tool and participants will gain foundational knowledge of:

Really interesting topic, and on top Charlotte was an excellent speaker. She was also great in the Q&A, practical and clear answers! Lauren Maxwell as moderator was also excellent!
I loved the speaker. She really owned her research and topics and it was super easy to listen to her
It is interactive, and the block above says exactly how for this session. Nobody has to speak up who does not want to: the chat and the polls carry most of it, and the questions can come in anonymously.
How much attention do you pay to your sleep and recovery? Do you notice the impact it has on your mood, health and performance? It is built for a general working audience: no prior knowledge is assumed, and people who already know the subject get the research and the practical side rather than an introduction.
A masterclass. Charlotte Edelsten takes your colleagues through the subject and the reasoning behind it, and answers live questions. It is practical in what people take away, without the hour turning into an exercise class.
Charlotte Edelsten is one of the experts we auditioned ourselves, and we produce every session so we see how each one lands. Participants rate this session 4.6 out of 5, across 70 responses, and rate Charlotte personally 4.8 out of 5.
It runs 45 min / 15 min: the talk, then live questions. All you do is pick a date. We brief Charlotte, produce the session, host and moderate it, run the Q&A, and send you the report within an hour of the end.
A team, a department, an employee network or every single employee at once, with no cap and no per-seat price. It runs inside your own Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet, or on a branded page we build. No integration, no login, no company device or e-mail.
The session is delivered in English. You can add high accuracy live subtitles in 8, 16 or 24 languages, so everyone follows in their own. That is a paid option, priced by the number of languages you need.
No, and that is by design. There is nothing to install, nothing to integrate and no connection to your systems, so there is nothing for IT to validate: we join your own Teams, Zoom or Meet as a guest speaker, or we host a page and your people open a link. No software, no accounts, and no data of yours that we can reach. It is why hundreds of companies, among them some of the largest technology and financial firms in the world, were able to start within a day.
We never receive or hold personal data about your employees. Because the session runs in your own environment, attendance and identity stay with you, and what we report back is aggregated: numbers, ratings and survey answers, not people. That is also why IT approval usually takes minutes rather than weeks.
You keep the recording and can share it internally. You also get attendance over time, participant ratings for the content and the speaker, the survey answers, and the topics your people asked for next.
