A programme of 6 sessions

Employee wellbeing programme

Six sessions across the year on stress, burnout, sleep, focus and speaking up, for everyone rather than for the people who already signed up.

The problem with wellbeing at work is not that people do not know what is good for them. It is that the advice arrives once a year, in an hour, aimed at people who are already coping.

A programme works differently. The subject comes back, it covers more than one thing, and because every session is open to the whole organisation there is no list of people who attended the burnout session.

This is a suggested track of six. Every session is live, with anonymous questions, and stays available as a recording, which on this subject matters more than on any other.

What it costs

€2,450 per session in a package of six

That is €14,700 for the programme, excluding VAT, valid for twelve months from the first session. Every session includes the expert, the production, the host and moderator, your own branding, the participant survey with a report afterwards, and the recording, which is yours to keep. Unlimited participants, no per-seat pricing.

Questions

Does this replace our EAP?

No, and we would not sell it as that. This raises the subject and gives people language for it. Support for the person who is already in trouble is a different thing and you need both.

Do we see who attended which session?

You see numbers, ratings and survey answers. Not names. That is deliberate: on this subject, attendance that can be traced is attendance that does not happen.

Can we spread it around the awareness days?

Most clients do. Mental Health Day in October, Stress Awareness Month in April, and the rest spread between them.
