Remco Breuker
Remco Breuker is a Professor of Korean Studies and Chairman of the Department of Korean Studies at Leiden University. Breuker is a historian in the field of Korea and Northeast Asia, specializing in the medieval history of Korea and Northeast Asia and contemporary North Korean affairs. He is often in the media to comment on current events in North Korea and advises the government on the situation in Korea. He is also the director of the Leiden Asia Centre.
