People focus on what they hear, see and feel. Use your hands, stand still, look into the camera, no jokes (unless you are comedian) and make honest contact. And practice with your dog or kid :) good tip as I never speak a speech out loud first Thank you!
Thank you for an enlightened workshop. I already use several tips and it brought me a lot (recording, practicing and dress for success). The small thought with huge effect will stick with me (regal vs super hero) from now on as well.
