Every Leqture session ends with the same three questions: a score out of five for the session, a score out of five for the expert, and an open box for what you took away. This page is every answer we have for creativity sessions: 1,728 scored sessions across 5 different titles, going back to 2019. It is the working file, not a brochure: the sessions that score below our own average are in the table too.
The average score for a creativity session, over 1,728 ratings. That is 0.06 above the 4.31 we score across all subjects.
The average score for the expert who gave it. The speaker score beats the session score here too, as it does in every subject we run.
Rate it four or five out of five. The other 11% is the part worth reading, and it is in the spread below.
Wrote out an answer rather than only clicking a score. That is 61% of everyone who responded.
An average hides the shape. This is the shape, for creativity only.
Every creativity session with at least 25 ratings behind it, best first. Below that number a single bad afternoon moves the average, so those sessions are counted in the figures above but not listed separately.

The same survey asks what you took away. These are answers to that question, from creativity sessions, unedited.
Thank you for providing these opportunities.
Thanks for this great and inspiring session!
Wonderful lecture with many practical examples. I loved it and will share the recording with my team.
The survey goes to every participant when the session ends, and answering it is voluntary and anonymous. A response counts towards creativity when the session it rates carries that subject; a session that sits under two subjects counts under both, which is why the subject totals add up to more than the site total. The scores come from two places, sessions booked on their own and sessions given inside a company learning event, and each response is counted exactly once.
What this is not: a study of creativity training in general. These are the people who sat in a Leqture session, at organisations that had already decided to book one, and we are not a neutral party. Read it as what our own participants reported, because that is what it is. The averages are unweighted, so a session with 900 responses counts 900 times and one with 30 counts 30 times. Everything here is recalculated each time the site is built.
The same figures for every other subject, and for all 283 sessions together, are on our data page.
Every session we run for you ends with the same survey, and you get the report afterwards: per session, per expert, per audience. Ask us how that works.
