Andy Hix
Andy is a dedicated and knowledgeable mindfulness trainer with over a decade of experience. Highly skilled at coaching individuals, he also runs workshops and courses for companies such as Deloitte, Lloyds and Unilever, as well as in schools and prisons.
He trained to teach mindfulness to adults with Bangor University and became a lead trainer for the Mindfulness in Schools Project. He runs corporate workshops on a range of topics, including productivity, masculinity, anxiety and sleep, and offers 1-2-1 coaching to support people in those areas. During the Covid lockdowns in 2020, Andy also founded a men’s group to explore his own relationship with masculinity and deepen his ability to be open and vulnerable with other men. He believes mindfulness is a lifelong journey and continually works to deepen his practice through courses, coaching, retreats, reading, podcasts, yoga and meditation.
