Character Strengths
In a deficit-focussed world, we very rarely ask “what’s strong” and instead, we default to a “what’s wrong” approach. What happens when we operate from a strengths-based culture? Research shows that staff retention, wellbeing, and personal/professional growth are all cultivated. This workshop is rooted in positive psychology as Senior Practitioner (EMCC) Afsar Ali introduces the 24-character strengths and how to apply them at work. You will be given instruction on how to complete your own Values in Action survey to get your own bespoke strengths profile.
