To mark International Women’s Day 2026, we are offering complimentary access to companies led by a female CEO.
 
We believe it is essential to actively support progress for women in leadership and across the workplace. Through this initiative, we aim to recognise, encourage, and reward organisations that are helping drive meaningful and lasting change.

In addition, a limited number of complimentary places will be made available to organisations that are not female-led, by application and selection. These organisations may be considered if they can demonstrate clear, active, and measurable efforts to advance gender equality within their workplace. This could include, for example, policies, programmes, or initiatives that support the development, representation, and well-being of women at work.

Organisations that apply under this category but are not selected for complimentary access may still be eligible for a discounted rate, as a way of recognising their commitment and the work they are doing to advance gender equality. 
 
Our intention is to highlight and support organisations that are translating commitment into action and contributing to real progress for women, in leadership and beyond.
