Session Overview
This session focuses on ‘What do I need to do, to be an inclusive leader.’ And that is of course applicable to everyone, not just people in leadership positions. An inclusive leader is willing to learn, be vulnerable and show compassion towards themselves and others. You’ll do a deep dive into the individual skills needed to be an inclusive leader. Learn how to mitigate personal challenges related to being an inclusive leader and show how to role model inclusive behavior. In this interactive session, Bernice will provide your team with a tool they can use to confidently take part in creating an inclusive culture within your organization.

Bernice Feller-Thijm
Bernice Feller-Thijm (she/her) is a Culture & Inclusion Strategist and Team Performance Coach. With 20 years of experience guiding and managing teams within start-ups, corporates, and NGOs, she specializes in unlocking people’s potential in alignment with organizational goals, while prioritizing inclusion and using differences, resistance, and complexity not as obstacles, but rather as fuel for change.
With her company, JustB, Bernice leads sessions in which strategy and policies related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are translated into concrete action. For this, she uses systems theory, which is based on the question: What is needed to make the entire system better? She helps teams create a space of psychological safety, where all colleagues can communicate constructively and genuinely connect.

No. Actually, our philosophy is 'the more the merrier'! You can invite your entire workforce, their families, your clients, suppliers, and/or any other stakeholders.
Your account manager will take care of all your questions and special requests. But you can also talk to one of our curators if you need guidance in picking the best sessions for your audience.
90% of our sessions are recorded and the video edit will be shared after the session. The edit can be used on your intranet but cannot be distributed on the internet. We will of course always inform you if a speaker prefers not to be recorded.
Leqture is independent. We work with all the major meeting platforms like Teams, Zoom, Webex and Google Meet. Should your company want us to broadcast on yet another platform, please reach out to us and we will have a look at the possibilities!
YES! Definitely! The unique thing about Leqture is that our sessions are live. That's how we can truly facilitate interaction between employees. We use breakout rooms, whiteboards, chat, live polling, surveys and every other interaction feature.
Of course. You decide who is welcoming the speaker. Our host will introduce the speaker but that can just as well be done by your own people. We will prepare them in terms of tech and logistics.
