Session Overview

In a world of uncertainty, we cannot always control all the bad things that happen to us, but we can control the way that we respond to them by regulating our emotions. In this session, award-winning psychologist Bruce Hood explains why our minds seem unable to be reasonable in the face of threat and danger but reveals three simple techniques to control our emotions that are based on hard scientific evidence. Join Bruce and learn how to better deal with adversity, followed by a Q&A.
