Session Overview
Stress appears to be one of the greatest threats to society. What can neuroscience tell you about what happens in your brain when you're stressed? How does your brain work and how can you make stress work for you? If you learn to recognise stress for what it is, you can turn it to your advantage. This interactive session is completely based on (neuro) scientific insights and provides practical strategies to manage stress in daily life and to optimise your brain condition, so that you can learn how to ultimately improve your performance.
