Stress appears to be one of the greatest threats to society. What can neuroscience tell you about what happens in your brain when you're stressed? How does your brain work and how can you make stress work for you? If you learn to recognise stress for what it is, you can turn it to your advantage. This interactive session is completely based on (neuro) scientific insights and provides practical strategies to manage stress in daily life and to optimise your brain condition, so that you can learn how to ultimately improve your performance.
Daphne founded her company BrainExplainers in 2016. BrainExplainers provides knowledge about the human brain (neuroscience) and heart intelligence. Daphne has 12 years of (senior) corporate work experience. In addition to the work within BrainExplainers, she obtained a certificate 'Basics of Neuro-economics', completed an Executive MBA and is a certified neuro-coach through the renowned 'NeuroLeadership Institute'. In the year 2018 she climbed Mont Blanc, is the author of the book “Brain Heart Being” and mother of two daughters.

YES! Definitely! The unique thing about Leqture is that our sessions are live. That's how we can truly facilitate interaction between employees. We use breakout rooms, whiteboards, chat, live polling, surveys and every other interaction feature.
Leqture is independent. We work with all the major meeting platforms like Teams, Zoom, Webex and Google Meet. Should your company want us to broadcast on yet another platform, please reach out to us and we will have a look at the possibilities!
90% of our sessions are recorded and the video edit will be shared after the session. The edit can be used on your intranet but cannot be distributed on the internet. We will of course always inform you if a speaker prefers not to be recorded.
No. Actually, our philosophy is 'the more the merrier'! You can invite your entire workforce, their families, your clients, suppliers, and/or any other stakeholders.
Leqture Sessions always last exactly 60 minutes.
