Dr. Dawn D. Bennett-Alexander (Dr. B-A) is a lawyer, retired professor, author and expert in the field of Employment Law, an academic discipline she co-founded that is the precursor to what we now know as Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.  She served on the task force that created the new international DEIB Standard, ISO 30415:21 released in 2021 and believes that the theory of DEIB is fine, but the reality is that people want to know what they can DO to make it happen.

She explains how you can take DEIB from theory to practice. She does this in a way that is highly interactive and engaging because she loves what attendees bring to the table and has never been able to figure out why we can't learn and have fun at the same time.  She invites you to join her!
